Taekwondo Kids Courses in Cordele, GA
GTC Studio & Health Food Center has been providing expert Taekwondo and other fitness instruction for kids and adults in the Cordele, Georgia, area since 1978. Our highly experienced and certified instructors offer a range of services, including after-school classes, summer camps, and personal training.
After-School Classes
We understand how important it is to give kids a well-rounded after-school activity. That’s why the program includes not just kids’ Taekwondo instruction, but also snack time, speed and endurance drills, and more. This after-school program is available for children four years old and up.
Martial Arts
Local adults enjoy our martial arts classes, including Tai Chi and kickboxing. The center teaches adults of all ages, so don’t be discouraged if you have little or no experience. We understand what martial arts training can bring to someone’s life and know how to share years of knowledge in a caring and compassionate way.
Summer Day Camp
The center runs a summer camp that will give the kids an experience to remember and help them set the stage for lifelong fitness. A summer day camp is available for children five years and up and offers Taekwondo instruction as well as a variety of other activities.
Supplementation
In addition, we sell health supplements and offer personal training services. We can help you develop a workout routine and suggest supplements that suit you. All personal training sessions are taught by certified instructors who will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.
